ROI
Technlogy Solutions understands that small
and medium sized businesses do not have the personnel
or budget that their larger competitors do for the
IT solutions that they need and should be using.
Overview
Founded in 2004, ROI
Technology Solutions aims to become a leader
in providing cost-effective solutions to small and
medium sized businesses. By leveraging the Internet
and Open Source software, ROI
provides integrated solutions that customers need
to become more productive and competitive. ROI's
product and service solutions help companies apply
technology that helps lower costs, improve productivity,
and increase revenue.
Open Source software has come a long
way over the last five years and it's to the point
where there are many Open Source software applications
that are at par or better than their commercial counterparts.
These Open Source applications are high-quality, very
stable, and rich in feature functionality. However,
most Open Source applications are lacking good documentation
and user-friendly administration tools and therefore
require very technical people to setup, maintain,
and extend. ROI takes
these software applications, integrates them with
other applications to create complete solutions, and
adds a user-friendly layer to make them easy to use
and maintain. ROI provides
documentation as well as training and other services
to make the solutions immediately useable by small
and medium size businesses. The solutions are offered
at a fraction of the price of comparable proprietary
software applications.
